Smoked ham (dextrose, potassium lactate, salt, sodium erythorbate (anti-oxidant), sodium phosphate, sodium diacetate (anti-mibrobic agent), sodium nitrite, smoke)

Puff pastry (enriched wheat flour, vegetable-palm oil margarine, soy, cottonseed, corn syrup, salt, ascorbic acid)
Spices
Formats offered: 1kg (for 4-6 people).
If frozen, place from the freezer directly into the oven.
Oven; 375°c: Remove all packaging. Place on a baking sheet on the low rack. Duration: about 50-60 minutes.
To avoid overcooking the top, cover with aluminum foil. Remove it 10 minutes before the end to make the crust more flaky.
Can be stored in the freezer for 6 months.
