Ingredients:

• Onion
• Beef broth 
• Red wine
• Butter
• White flour
• Cheese
• Bread
• Spices

Makes 4 ramekin bowls

Instructions:

Open the oven to Broil "HI"

Heat the soup in a saucepan or microwave until it is very hot.

Place your ramekin bowl (that can withstand the temperature of the oven) on a cookie pan.

Add the croutons on the soup and then the cheese on top.

Place in the oven for 1 to 3 minutes just enough to grill the cheese.
